Confirm the substrate and drying arrangement
Share the substrate, ink or adhesive and foil specifications before selecting the final process. Production samples help assess adhesion, drying, foil transfer and material handling. Confirm the UV equipment specification and its compatibility with the selected consumables, together with any additional drying equipment required for the application.
Plan the complete line installation
The main machine measures 2800 × 2100 × 1600 mm, with a listed net weight of 1500 kg. The catalogue specifies a 220 V main machine supply. The complete electrical requirements depend on the agreed drying and finishing equipment, so request the final layout and electrical schedule before preparing the site.
