Single-color label printing with oven drying
This WL-350D configuration combines a left-feed screen printing station with a drying oven for roll-fed label production. The catalogue identifies electronic-label printing as an application. Select this version when assessing an oven-drying process and a production layout with material entering from the left.
The maximum print area is 330 × 450 mm, with a maximum web width of 350 mm and a maximum feed length of 450 mm. The specified screen frame size is 550 × 700 mm. Check the artwork width, repeat and material margins against these separate limits.
Listed equipment and material handling
- One unwinding unit and one main printing machine.
- Two material-feeding sections and one drying oven.
- Vacuum material-feeding roller and photoelectric color-mark tracking shown in the catalogue.
- Oven web-guiding equipment shown among the component details.
- Two squeegees, two ink-return blades and one tooling box.
Match the ink, substrate and drying conditions
Provide the label stock and proposed ink so print adhesion, drying and material handling can be evaluated together. For heat-sensitive substrates, review the material response under the intended oven conditions. Confirm registration requirements and practical output with the actual artwork, coverage and repeat during a production trial.
Installation and configuration selection
The main machine measures 2500 × 1100 × 1700 mm and has a listed 380 V supply. Request the complete line layout, oven electrical requirements and clearance for roll changes before preparing the installation.
Compare our roll-to-roll screen printing machines. The separately listed WL-350D UV configuration uses a different drying process; specify the oven version when requesting this machine.
