Winshol · Applications
Start with your material and the result you need.
Choose equipment around the substrate, print format, registration and drying requirements of your job.
Winshol supplies industrial automatic screen printing equipment for label, packaging and film manufacturers, with a focus on India and Southeast Asia. Membrane switches, overlays, IMD/IML and selected electronic-material applications are evaluated against the actual substrate, ink, registration and drying requirements.

Labels & Packaging
Screen printing and cold-foil workflows for decorative labels and packaging. Begin with the label construction, color sequence and required finish.
What to share: Substrate, label dimensions, print repeat, foil coverage and finishing sequence.
Explore Printing & Cold Foil →
Films & Transfer Printing
Industrial printing on selected PET, PP, PC, PVC, PE and BOPP film constructions, including transfer-film and decal applications. Ink adhesion and drying requirements depend on the specific material.
What to share: Film type and thickness, surface treatment, artwork, ink system and heat sensitivity.
Explore Roll-to-Roll Machines →
Membrane Switches & Overlays
Screen printing for graphic overlays, nameplates and membrane-switch-related film components. Registration requirements and downstream processing help determine the machine configuration.
What to share: Layer construction, registration marks, print area, material format and required tolerance.
Explore Registration & CCD →
FPC & Electronic Materials
Evaluate registration-focused screen printing configurations for FPC-related and other electronic-material applications. Process suitability must be reviewed against the actual substrate, artwork and ink.
What to share: Material samples, artwork, ink data, registration tolerance and drying conditions.
Explore Registration & CCD →
IMD / IML
Printing workflows for films used in in-mold decoration and in-mold labeling. Confirm that the printed film and ink system are compatible with the subsequent forming or molding process.
What to share: Film specification, print repeat, registration marks and downstream process conditions.
Explore Film Printing Machines →
Anti-Counterfeit Printing
Specialized configurations, including magnetic anti-counterfeit printing, for process-specific decorative or security effects. The equipment, ink and production sequence must be matched to the required result.
What to share: The intended effect, ink system, substrate, sample artwork and inspection criteria.

An application name alone does not determine a machine. Start with the process question you still need to answer, then confirm the configuration using your actual material and artwork.
- Labels & packaging: If print and foil must work together on a label, read screen printing and cold foil for labels.
- Films & transfer printing: If a roll-fed film needs a drying stage, compare pre-shrink, inline and constant-tension oven roles.
- Membrane switches & overlays: If the print must align with existing marks, compare CCD and three-point registration.
- FPC & electronic materials: If the feed format is undecided, compare sheet-fed and roll-to-roll handling.
- IMD / IML: If film temperature or ink cure limits the process, review UV curing and hot-air drying with a material trial.
- Anti-counterfeit printing: For a custom effect, use the machine RFQ checklist to define the substrate, artwork and inspection criteria.
Match the complete process, not just the printer.
UV curing, hot-air drying, registration and web handling affect the production result. Review these together with the ink, substrate and downstream operations when comparing configurations.
